Where are your figures from...you say they have earnings of 38c per share and a dividend of 23.5c and an asset back of $2.57c.

I think asset backing is around 40 odd cents
Earnings are 5c and it pays a tiny dividend but dont hold your breath waiting as rcr hardly ever pays a dividend cause they never make enough.
