    psi mate, can I ask you what your thoughts are on "backhaul", do you see RC getting some regulation or price discounting on backhaul? What are you thoughts and what would this conceivably be worth to CTP? Any input from anyone would also be grateful. A few of us see that this would add significantly to the margins.
