This is one of my favourites and has slowly returned to its price value!
For me this is a great dividend yield, and has been for some time. 11.2% (6.1% Tax adj)
Had a potential takeover opportunity 10 years ago which pushed the price just up over $4 to which I took that short opportunity to take a profit, and then bought back in again during Covid. Unfortunately, gambling is a serious issue so it does conflict with my ethical holdings.
