I agree, very bad announcement from Corporate and I will voting against it. From talking with a few other shareholders I am not aware of anyone who is not disgusted. I would think there must be a good chance that the motion gets Defeated at the AGM or at least ammended to have more sensible strike prices before the AGM

Does create a another buying oportunity though as the fundamental business is doing very well.

My mail is that installs for the first qtr are very close to 40 and next qtr will be even better.
