I presume that the board had to sign off and the auditors and this was probably planned to happen today.
The company probably did not expect the share price to get carved up late in the day like it did. I certainly did not expect it but it is the market and you cannot help some people who just want to sell good stocks at very low prices. I bought at 1.42 and 1.36 today

I was expecting the report tomorrow at the earliest so instead of thinking why after market today I would have said better today aftermarket that in the middle of the day tomorrow.

At least it gives people time to analyse the result before trading tomorrow. It is a good result so the more time to analyse the better

Expecting a strong start tomorrow. Opening bid of aroung 1.45 seems reasonable to me with a close above 1.50
