Apparently two vendors are in the running for baton rouge, louisiana. someone on the nestor board thinks they are in on that one. I can't get any information on it.
I did come accross an article about rlc in general. I should have bookmarked the page but it said something like 2-1 people in the u.s. want or approve of rlc. also 73% of people view red light running a problem and want something done about it.
