    Yes agree, but what about this patent breach thing? That may be an impediment for some. Although my understanding of this breach is that there is some aspect of the video RDF take of the infringement - damned if I can understand how taking a video of some public space where the vehicles run can be a patent breach though. Wouldn't mind betting that the competitor Nestor nose is out of joint because they are loosing contracts to Redflex so they have run off to mummy crying foul. This breach just can't have legs.
