The normal everyday vibrations on a vehicle can cause the return signal to be modulated giving incorrect speed measurements.

I am writing a paper on this at the moment and when published will most likely cause severe embarasment to Government and industry.

Truth is speed cameras lie.....did you know that just changing lanes can add 10 Kph to you clocked speed?

Hitting a pot hole can cause speed measurement inaccuracies neat 100%.

Loose number plate van act as a plate reflector and the vibration can give false speed reading.

The list goes on, vibrating car and phone antenna, front mounted thermo fans, vibrating exaust pipe.
