Paul, they've been swarming across the US for the last 24 months, particularly the last 12 months when Texas, Tennessee, Iowa and Georgia have attracted a lot of attention by the various RTS guys.
We'll see the results over the next 12 months with this next 6 months being particularly interesting.
Yes Nestor looks very shaky, couldn't happen to nicer people. If they do fail there may be some decent pickings available as far as contracts go although their all video technology is pretty limited in its application despite their claims how great it is. Their all video technology for red light cameras at intersections is presenting huge problems for them trying to assimilate speed cameras into their intersection systems. Every system RTS has installed in the last few years has had speed built in as well, they're way in front.
