Hilldweller, you and Paul100 have sounded fair and resonable warnings. TNC is making good sales at the moment, but the prices are very low. The surviving companies in the US market (which means ACS, Redflex and Nestor) have all shown that it takes about 90 installations to get to break-even - and that is at much higher prices (about 60% more) than TNC is quoting.
Transol said in their prospectus that they could start to make money at 25 installations. Is everybody else out-of-step? (Actually, unless they allocate their subscription money much differently to what the prospectus said, there is not enough cash to pay for 25 installations.)
On today's prices, TNC, with four or five installations, and another 25 on order, is valued at roughly one-quarter of Redflex, which has over 200 installations, and another 300+ on order.
As Paul100 said, watch those stops, because they will be needed.
