my understanding is that Australian Garnet (RDG) is having production issues (which they should overcome shortly) and securing people to work in Lucky Bay (just south of Kalbarri)

As a consequence of not being able to secure people they are having to re-jig their transportation by delivering bulk bags into Geraldton and then getting these bags stuffed into containers for export or rail to the eastern states.

Realsitcally the story has not changed, its just been delayed somewhat (my take on it) and I guess has probably come over budget...anyway, Im here for the long term. As they say in the Autobot Verse, there is more than meets the eye
