    UR right there, Palmer gets the scrip for way less than fair value, takes company offshore and throws in plenty more unknown's. If the past is anything to go by, this company does not respond well to unknowns, I reckon there will be a large bail out after this announcement and most likely see a return to $1.20 but I believe lower.

    If you hold shares in a listed HK company, you are no longer protected by our asic laws and will ride with the corrupt chinese market. DOH! What a ripoff for shareholders. What a rort for Palmer!
