Interesting small company it is. They silently compiled a large landholding in a tier 1 district over the last year. Small non-brokered capital raising + lots of cash invested by directors=high confidence they are on the money. As per the annual report, they issued performance rights last year with ambiguous SP milestones to be reached before the end of November this year. They get 10million shares if the SP trades on or above 3 and 5 cents for 20days. Even with the significant SP rise recently it is still only at a 10mil cap. I'm comfortable with a punt at this level knowing that the directors (short term) interests is completely aligned with mine.
