new share issue

did everyone notice that under the resolutions for the AGM, AAM wish to issue up to 25 million new shares or have the ability to do so.

the purpose is to "begin the process of assembling plant and other infrastructure following a decision to mine its Brightstar Gold Project" amongst a few other things.

the shares would need to be issued within 3 months of the date of the AGM, thus i think we can be pretty sure we should hear something either at the AGM or shortly thereafter.
