I've been a long time follower of Nevsun Resources via Peter Grandich and that's what spruiked my interest here. Prima facie this seems like a very cheap entry into a prolific copper district.
The share structure here is super tight as well. Very little incentive/gain for anyone to sell under 2c.
Subzero Group SZG had only ~8m OFP post consolidation.
SZG had a CR @ 2c for 32m OFP.
250m OFP raised via the IPO @ 2c.
75m OFP as vendor consideration shares and 40m OFP for the fascilitators. All subject to escrow.
The 200m performance shares are also subject to escrow.
All the options are also subject to escrow and have a strike price of 2c.
$4 million in cash. EV of $3 million. Trading at shell value imho.
The Rio Tinto JV the icing on the cake.
Very well credentialled management.
Drilling very soon and I can't see this under 2c for very much longer.
