Also at 12.07pm I noted 42m total sell qty, it is now 31m.

A nice day with distribution of there shares and 11m less for sale. Removing that 7m cap maybe what is need to see Rdn move up now.

I Also note those 9m dropped at 2.29pm have not been put in the sell que by any of those 42 buyers.

Just guessing mode, but the 9 million sold into 1.2 could be the 7 million + 2 million that were at 1.3 and 1.4?

Still they are gone. Could be taking a 200% profit from 0.4 cents and moving on.
