no allegation of "dodgy info " was intended. I just thought further info was forthcoming, maybe.
I agree it is a good spec, and I notice from the market depth it is tightly held with not many up for sale, so on good news it should rise quickly.
David Reed is no fool, and he has been associated with that ground one way or another for the best part of 20 years.I am sure he will optimise any possibility.
