In terms of the Rem Report and the Spill Motion, I get the feeling that the company know there is a block of disgruntled shareholders who are about to make their feelings known through votes!

Maybe if the company was interested in demonstrating that it has the best interests of all shareholders in mind it would announce it was taking action against the Ailakis brothers, and Mr Anthony Ailakis in particular, and that it had lodged a formal complaint with ASIC regarding the actions of these two and that was cooperating fully with the authorities, then some sort credibility would be begin to be put in place.
