confirmed, I just bought the ASIC company search. Steve Povey is a long time associate of the Ailakis brothers and has been a director of several companies associated and controlled by the Ailakis. Coincidence? Give me a break. On 29/05/09 RDS surrendered E69/2622 (one of the tenements that made up the Bagley Hills project) at 13:10:00. On the same date at 13:45:00 a company by the name of BH Exploration lodged an application for the same tenement. BH exploration was registered 3 days before the surrender and the application was lodged 35 minutes after surrender. The director of BH Exploration at the time was STEVE POVEY. On 10 July 2010 Povey transferred the tenement to Mr Jian Hua Han, the very same person whose company HJH Nominnes was in JV with RDS over the same tenement. Something doesn't seem right, or is it just me that thinks so?
