Tumbleweed the registered holder of M39/701 is Stephen Povey. The Plaint was lodged by Westcape Nominees. You state the sole director is Stephen Gardoll, are you sure? Stephen Gardoll is Phillip Gardoll's older brother. Phillip Gardoll is director, trustee and beneficiary of Bullrun Investments Pty. Ltd. and associated trust. Bullrun has been selling its shares in RDS as pointed out by Kajornsak.
Steve Gardoll is a geologist (see IPO Prospectus) and not associated to the Ailakis brothers other than having worked at RDS.
