Rumor has it that something very very big is on the horizon for RDS concerning a JV with the South American Government and BHP, from the mouth of a BHP consultant in Brazil, details of co-op jv to be realised within weeks. BHP hand tied by little old RDS.
That said, I'm saving my pennies for a cap raising!
