I see Min has gatecrashed the ESS party with their 19.5% blocking stake which stops IGO & Chinese partner Tianqi's takeover of ESS.
With a resource less than 11Mt, it shows how desperate the big boys are to secure Spodumene in Australia.
It seems pretty obvious that the Kwinana refinery can't get enough Spodumene to feed their plant.
We must be on the big boys radar after this week thankfully with our low shares outstanding of 445m it would seem v difficult to arrange a hostile takeover.
As DF has commented WA is the place to be, premium prices are paid due to location & stability.
