    It's like ghost town here! I only became aware that we owned any NHF shares today when my wife declared that we just got 100 bucks for nothing.

    Can someone tell me what the difference is between a "dividend" and "capital" on the statement from computershare?

    Even the capital return announcement from NIB / NHF talks about it as though it is a bog standard divvy. Is it simply that the capital return is from the "savings" of the fund and the divvies are just a portion of profit?
