    re: tom price region well worth the time to visit the pilbara. the towns are still poky little dives but its an education you wont forget.

    millstream, wittenoom gorges...beautiful and seemingly out of place.

    the country is stunning and unlike anything anywhere on the earth.

    take a tour of the mines while your there and get some idea of what its all about and see the size of some of the machinery there.

    have a look at the mountain ranges of solid i9ron that in 10 years time will be massive holes in the ground.
