If all goes well,Boulder should start 'digging up soil' at the end of 2010:would a SP around five dollars be a reasonable target for this time? Or,as you have suggested,two to three dollars?Perhaps bigger investor interest may far greater when the construction begins and production estimates have 'stacked up' well against the competition.If railway steel represents[I've read]0.050 of global steel sales,then the present trend towards the construction of this 'carbon-reducing' transport system will be given further impetus by the boom in infrastructure building that the resources rush and the continuing stimulus programs have engendered.
Also,the prospect of further projects is further reason to go long on this stock.
