I think you will find that the proposed inhaled trials with Nadilol are with the 3M pMDI device. The DPI device spoken of must be for INV 104. This is proposed for acute and mild to moderate asthma. I don't know the condition your sister suffers from, but if it is severe she is probably a candidate for Nadilol ie the 3M pMDI.
