    I have only had involvement for around year. LLP appears no different to other REITs that have been trashed:
    - too much debt
    - inflated appraisal valuations (i.e. NTA)
    - probably paying dividends from borrowings not operating cash flow

    And with the added issue of being under the BNB umbrella.
