    re: 5km wide by 15km long oil Far as I see it it looks a bit like a flag, flags fly at half mast, so depending on the fundamentals if they can push it to a close over 19 then the price target becomes 23, that is 13 to 18, and break above the consolidation area 17/19 confirmed buy a close above 19 sets a target of 23.

    Clear as, eh.
