Last point---- you would be amazed .... also how many Large Co's leave such ultimate decisions to last minute-- and also on principle--on seeing what others ... of like large size-- do .... and go with --- FIRST....

If their direct comeptitors.... get a comparative advantage with Razor/Monarque-- ultimately the renege cost is immaterial.... -- although your hypothesis is assumptive--that they have already committed elsewhere-- and imo-- is why 2007 is acutally not too late--but such a exciting year for ite....

-To go back also to the Planes examples-- explains why Teams of Lawyers who sign up for New Airbuse Super Jumbo-- have get out clauses-- if Super Jumbo is delayed and/or Boeing alternative --becoems a clear transactional advantage-- the economics of the decisions-- means ....this is why thiey hire teams of lawyers--to draw up-- the contracts-- with sunset clauses- and why this is what happens.
