    It seems curious that management should ask for this ability with a positive cash flow ramping up.
    Is it a defensive move to ward off hostile take over activity.
    Is it in anticipation of a take over of an attractive target by ABU.
    Is there any loyalty from the Board towards the shareholders who have supported them or is it just big boys vs the mugs.
