SP hit 28.5 cents five times in the last four weeks. All on low volume. Somebody sat and took it all in and did not back-off. This sets up a base pattern for next move up. Technicals are all horribly oversold and day traders have fled the stock in abject misery.
Inscrutable foreign buyers may be lurking here, and soaking up the last dregs from disillusioned, frustrated bulls and traders.
