Hi Beachman, you are right about one thing - mailed Stokes three times, no reply. Mailed Doug Potter at Helmsman. Apparently, the 4 million-odd shares were a large shareholder wanting to partially sell down their holding. Because of the liquidity or lack thereof in the market for such a large line, it was agreed to do it at 4 cents, cleared by CHESS. Nice work if you can get it. Us small guys left out in the cold again. Be interesting to see an updated Top 20, and find out who wanted to sell down their holding prior to such an apparently positive development as the API deal. Doesn't really make sense. Wheels within wheels I guess.
