Take a look at the announcements and SP around april and up to 6/5/05. Directors were buying as price was falling, even buying the day before an annoucement which sent the price down 20%.
Whats the point of having so much money tied up in shares if they cant get a chance to spend some now and then.
The SP is still rising regardless of their selling. Looks like some pre-arranged deals, buyers cant get enough on the market at the current low price.
