    IMHO

    the hybrids have one other option - that has not (yet) been addressed - namely - call an EGM and vote to "remove but not replace the RE" ........while this would cause the STHTF - it would provide the highest upside for PXUPA holders......it would also (likely) cause PPX to go broke.
