re: agm Rockingham, The shares were always going to be suspended if the AGM approved the Mineralogy proposal. Due to the significant restructure and change in ownership the deal has to go through the various regulatory approval processes. Consequently the shares are suspended.
Their are no other posts at the moment because the company will be making several announcements over the next three weeks in relation to financing, sale agreements and future partners.
Until we know these details their is little to comment on.
However I would be interested in any feedback from anyone who attended the AGM.
