re: amex Sandy I agree it does not look good but you also have to factor in the current exchange rates and if I'm not mistaken the US dollar has increased by around 6.5% over the AUD over a matter of days.
So, 2.37 US is actually equivalent to 2.52 going back to when exchange rate was 1.09 or thereabouts in the Aussies favour.
This is not to say I'm still not concerned especially in regard to more damn delays! But the potential is still there IMHO
They're talking of exploiting shale gas in Europe now to help get them out of this mess. So who knows what the future holds but this technology is here to stay but obviously needs perfecting. Perhaps SSN can set themselves up as consultants. They would have learnt a lot from their mistakes!!
