    Totally agree with you ptaff.

    As per my post of the 30/6/09 (removal of directors), we should consider section 249B of the Corporations Act 2001, if the directors fail to improve drastically over the next quarter.

    The sharehoders deserve an improved board of directors, or a completely new competent board.
