Firstly, thank you bcc_100 for alerting me to the fact I miss read the figures in the accounts. I transposed 2016 instead of 2018.

The 2018 profit I said was $624k profit was in fact the 2016 year (my mistake), the actual 2018 result was in fact a loss of (643k).

This loss of (643k) is a shocker!!

Furthermore the 2018 Preliminary Final Report you talk about shows Property, plant and equipment sales were 876K profit.

So without these sales, and it would have been property, the loss would have accelerated to $1.519 million dollars.

Traditionally sales in July, August and September are tough for this business, so I believe the results for the quarter ending, end of September 2018 will be a loss.

So it looks like they will burn through the cash they had at the end of June 2018 and need more cash from somewhere.

I strongly believe the Directors should engage more with their shareholders and keep them updated at regular intervals, particularly about the companies cash position, but they do not. Shareholders have a right to know.

It is well worth reminding the Directors that Oliver's is not their company but in fact the many hundreds of shareholders that have their personal money invested in Oliver's.

In my opinion this company should never have been listed on the ASX.
