For what it's worth he once told me he buys when he can, and I took that as meaning when he has the money.
This is schoolyard stuff perpetuated by posters with less than zero credibility in my view.
The fact remains that he doesn't have to buy and it would realistically not alter the shareprice if he did not, as it doesn't alter the price if he does. So why would he throw good money after bad? No one can answer that logically.
Simple.... he is not a fool and contary to expressed mischevious opinion he knows a lot more than any of us.
