It is very interesting with what you have blogged, because i've already complained to the ASX a few times with SOC along with my brother and it fell on deaf ears. However, i can say that my brother then decided to take our matter with SOC from the ASX to ASIC along with my full support and that fell on deaf ears too. Put it in a simple way and to cut the story short, they were "passing the buck to each other", or what you would call "handballing it to and from, from forward to backward to backward to forward, to each other".

There is something definitely wrong with the whole system itself in regards to governance, and it starts right from the very top and it affects (us) mainly the small investor/s a lot and they don't even realise it.
