Time for Mr Wang to put his big boy pants on.
I suspect that given the opening of WA to virus, the labour costs may have increased and the previous estimates might have been blown out the water.
They have that final loan payment hanging out the back end due in 2023 too.
Won't be a good look to send an email to mother ship "Gone walkabout. Payment in the mail." I would guess FGR has about until end June to make a start.
Annual Report for 2021 due soon.
Perennial problem for Chinese management - too many agendas to meet and can't risk losing face.
