Yes, totally agree. Guessing a few heated discussions in the boardroom based on the lack of progress. Not only is there pressure from SH's but also suspect applied from the top. And to not meet a deadline is woeful. The whole sector is flourishing yet why are we lagging. It actually is stupid that we can't get our shit together. With 10 years of so-called planning, there should be no exceptions or excuses. The below comment from the letter speaks volumes. I know we heard this before, this time thou is different, I can feel it in my bones!
