The is a difference between under estimation and over estimation. Both of these have happened to SOC.
There is also another good saying, "when you go to exit, don't forget to close the door, but make sure it doesn't hit you in the bum." This is another thing that has happened to SOC with their lithium exploration project.
Even research reports that have been conducted for SOC, have also given them a negative report and outlook.
