re: ann: notice of meeting and proxy form I have read the so called "defamatory” letter are there is absolutely no statement in my view that could be deemed defamatory (although I am not a lawyer). Jones to just clutching at straws. He is using his usual bully tactics to delay the inevitable. He cannot be trusted - you would not trust him in the trenches in any battle that is for sure - I guarantee he would try and stab you in the back without thinking twice about it.
