Fine, Obliviously you seem to have all the facts on SGL/QGC IYO so

BUY it.

I'm not here to convince you or anyone else for that matter of anything at anytime. Furthermore I am interested in both shares and will keep a close eye on them.

As a suggestion why don't you let SGL/QGC have their fight and if you don't like QGC's and or SGl's responces
Talk to them.

Further I will not get into a cat fight with you over the pro's and con's of shares, no point and a waste of energy, childish at best. This is your one and only responce from me.
