    re: ann out Don't worry about Adavale, this will be a beauty. The shallow depths is the key, no large recovery expenses here.

    Do you honestly think they would bother if it were not economical. This is all good here.

    My buy order is in, i am ready to pounce and accumulate a few more, it might buy me my 30 foot cabin cruiser in 3 to 4 year from now.
