re: ann: shareholder update Sav, unfortunately i don't know anything further than what has been released to the market. Obviously i'm concerned about the share price but i also beleive that we have the right people 'on the bus' to take us forward. I also beleive they need time to establish the intentions of NN and from here concentrate on some serious strategy for moving this thing forward.
Like a breakup from a bad relationship, time heals all wounds but unfortunately it's hard going :) Clearly the market is as frustrated as are you and I.
In relation to the unsubstantiated rumour that NN don't like the current board. I can't imagine that their investment decisions are based on a board but rather the asset they are looking to acquire. If they didn't like the board they would negiate them out or around them with any deal that is struck. I don't personally forsee that this would be an issue even if there is any truth to this rumour.
