    Hi Fivetotwelve, sorry to take so long to reply - haven't been following the UML thread for a couple of weeks.

    I'm pinning my UML faith on Henty. Goldstone holds a lot of potential down the track, but there's a lot of uncertainty in Africa, and the current rumours of governments confiscating gold and silver in some countries puts a bit of doubt over Africa in general. Let's hope they're just rumours. Having lived in Zimbabwe, nothing would surprise me.

    The Yanks and Brits have gone down the confiscation path before, but I don't think their citizens would put up with it now. People are better educated, more militant and demand their rights. I'm sure an Australian government wouldn't be game to try it. There's apparently a rumour about USA on the HC GOLD thread. Hope it's just that - a rumour, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the African countries get on the get-rich-quick bandwagon.
