In my research I have found that MacQ Bank and First Prodential are the best for pricing and offering DMA.

MacQ is great I'd speak very highly of it. They are not that diverse with their product - can't trade indecies - I'm unsure about options.

The only issue I have with FirtsP is they charge a flat platform fee (macq is based on usage only).
