re: announcement of adr ipo

This is an attempt at a class 3 on a major exchange to capital raise and increase investor exposure.

I would like to read about speculation on ratio to foreign shares, number of shares offered and ipo price.

How about keeping the 5 to 1 ratio. After good efficacy results, publicity and exposure we offer 100,000,000 shares at 15 per share.

That's a 4 to 5 multiple from current fluctuations.

I am counting on a nasdaq listing and institutional investors.
